05Frequently asked questions
What patients ask most often
Do I need a referral from my general practitioner?
No. Just book online or by phone.
What should I bring to the consultation?
If you have medical reports, test results or images and other imaging documentation, bring them with you.
Can I come for a consultation in Vienna and for the procedure in Znojmo?
Yes. Prof. Hart sees patients in Vienna and in Znojmo. In Vienna (Lazarett Gasse 25, 1090 Vienna) only consultations take place, on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 15:00. The procedure then takes place in Znojmo.
Does insurance cover the treatment? How much will it cost?
HR Clinic is a private clinic and patients pay for their care themselves. We will tell you the price of treatment or a procedure at the consultation, depending on the findings and the scope of the procedure.
I have a fresh injury. Can I come straight to you?
The HR Clinic office is not an emergency room. A fresh injury, such as a fracture or dislocation, must first be treated at a trauma clinic or emergency room. Then you can come to us for a follow-up, further treatment or a second opinion.
